Crown Prince affirms role of ICT sector in job creation
Nayrouz News Agency : HRH Crown Prince Hussein on Monday affirmed the important role of the ICT sector in job creation.

During a visit to Webhelp, a company that specialises in technical consultancy, Crown Prince Hussein noted the firm’s contributions to creating job opportunities for youth during the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) crisis, according to a Royal Court statement.

His Royal Highness called for investing in Jordan’s successful management of the COVID-19 crisis over the past phase to create job opportunities for young Jordanians, especially in providing technical consultancy and digital outsourcing services.

The Crown Prince, accompanied by Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Muthanna Gharaibeh, was briefed on operations at the company, which opened its Jordan office last year with 100 employees — a number that rose to 211 employees from around Jordan as demand for services increased due to the COVID-19 crisis.
