The JMD warned of fog formation in the early morning hours over highlands and the Badia regions, and of slippery roads in the areas experiencing rain.

Over the next two days, similar fair conditions are forecast to continue with the appearance of clouds at different altitudes and a chance of light rain, while winds will be northwesterly moderate, the JMD added.

Daytime temperatures expected for today will reach 22 degrees Celsius in Amman, 18 in the northern cities and 19 in the southern highlands, dropping down at night to 11, 9 and 7C respectively.
