Japanese envoy inaugurates Red Crescent crisis management center
Nayrouz News Agency : Japanese Ambassador Shimazaki Kaoru on Monday inaugurated the Jordan Red Crescent Center for Crisis Management, supported by the Japanese government, and in partnership with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in Jordan.

According to a statement by the Jordan National Red Crescent Society (JNRCS), the center aims at ensuring the progress of humanitarian operations in the Kingdom, enhancing communication and coordination with all relevant authorities, during regular and emergency situations, in addition to monitoring, analyzing and evaluating risks to ensure a quick and effective response.

President of the JNRCS, Muhammad al-Hadid, commended the Japanese government's assistance to the society, pointing to the "Tokyo Operations Room," which is equipped with the latest means of communication.
