Warm weather forecast today
Nayrouz News Agency :
The Kingdom on Wednesday is expected to remain under the impact of a warm air mass, as mercury levels will record 7-8 degrees above annual average, bringing warm weather in most regions, and relatively hot conditions in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily brief.

On Thursday, temperatures will dip few degrees, making fair and spring-like weather in much of the country, except in the Jordan Valley and Aqaba where it will be warm, with northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, the JMD added.

A tangible drop in mercury is forecast on Friday, so relatively cold weather will prevail in the highlands, while it will be mild in the plains and the Badia areas, and moderate in the Jordan Valley and Aqaba, the JMD predicted.

Temperatures in Amman today will reach a high of 28 degrees Celsius, dropping to 17C at night, while the Gulf of Aqaba will see a high of 37C, dipping to 21C during night hours.
