-His Excellency Sajjad Ali Khan Ambassador of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
-His Excellency Taimour Zulfigar / Deputy Head of Mission.
-Hi Excellency Colonel Khurram Javed – Defiance Attaché of Pakistan Embassy.

My interest in the Kashmir crisis began about 7 years ago, after I had read many articles and research papers on this tragedy, and after learning about the injustices, oppression, genocide and horrific violations of human rights suffered by the Kashmiri people.

I traveled to the Pakistani capital, Islamabad, and during my stay there, I had the opportunity to meet with a number of the most important and influential Pakistani personalities, such as His Excellency the late President of the Republic, Mr. Mamnoon Hussain, may God have mercy on him. I also met a number of military and media leaders and influential figures from Kashmiri men and women, militants and displaced people... which made me many times cry out of grief for those who are being tortured in their land without guilt.
... I also visited the capital of Free Kashmir (the city of Muzaffarabad) and the demarcation line with India and met with the Pakistani military leaders on the border ... I also met with the displaced in their camps ... I cried when I interviewed the Kashmiri displaced when they asked: - We hope our brothers in the Arab and Islamic countries know about our tragedy and our torment... We, the Kashmiris, ask:

"Where is the Organization of Islamic Cooperation? ... Why do they not support and help us ... Why do they not support their oppressed brothers and sisters in Kashmir ... They know our situation, but unfortunately they did not come to rescue us."
... The Muslim people of Kashmir are pleading with the conscience of the Islamic nation to save them from oppression in response to the Almighty's saying, "The believers are brothers"...
... Praise be to Allah, who guided me to this important historical achievement. This book has become an important reference in the Arabic language on the Kashmir crisis... It has been printed in two editions so far... and it has been published all over the world...

... About 3 years ago, I was very pleased when the former military attaché of the Pakistani embassy in Jordan, Colonel Mohammad Yusuf Malik, told me that during the meetings of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, a cordial meeting took place between His Majesty King Abdullah II and the Pakistani Prime Minister, who thanked His Majesty for his honorable stances towards Pakistan.
He also thanked His Majesty the King for the important achievement this year, with the Jordanian historian Omar Al-Armouti publishing his book on the Kashmir crisis...

... Sisters and Brothers:
More than three years ago, organized by the Pakistani embassy, and in cooperation with the Salon of Literature and Culture, several publicity parties for my book on the Kashmir crisis were held in the Jordanian capital, Amman, the Lebanese capital, Beirut, the Egyptian capital, Cairo, and in the Sudanese capital, Khartoum...

... During my meetings with the media, I warned that the situation in Kashmir might explode at any moment between the two nuclear-powered neighbors, Pakistan and India... And in fact, this is what happened on the fifth of August last year after India annexed the Jammu and Kashmir region and abolished its autonomy.

...Now, after India has closed all doors to dialogue by refusing any mediation to resolve the dispute of Kashmir after it had annexed the Jammu and Kashmir region, and after rejecting all mediation to resolve the conflict, I am warning against extremism and the emergence of terrorist movements in that region as a natural result of the state of desperation and frustration among the Kashmiris.

... Because of the seriousness of the situation that may lead to an explosion, which may create mass destruction and a threat to regional and international security, I renew the proposal to hold a summit conference of the kings and heads of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in order to discuss the two now-forgotten crises in the world, the Palestinian issue and the Kashmir crisis...
... We wonder why the Organization of Islamic Cooperation does not move to the aid of our people and our brothers in Palestine and Kashmir?

... Why this silence and indifference from the Organization of Islamic Cooperation?
... As for us in Jordan ... I say to our brothers in Pakistan: We cannot forget your honorable stances towards Jordan in the worst of circumstances ...

...I say to the Pakistani people, Do you think that we may forget the heroic Pakistani fighter pilot, Saifuddin Azam, who was a brave Pakistani hero in the sky of Jordan...

The heroic Pakistani fighter pilot, Saifuddin Azam, was able to shoot down four Israeli warplanes in just 72 hours during the June 1967 war with the Jordanian Hawker Hunter aircraft he was piloting. He was a Pakistani hero defending Jordan and Palestine...

... Also, we will not forget your noble stance after the end of the June 1967 war when an air defense battalion from the Pakistani army came and was stationed in Jordan in order to protect Jordanian airspace from any aggression that might threaten Jordanian airspace from Israeli aircraft...

...and I call on the friends of Pakistan and sympathizers with the Kashmiri people to collect a million signatures from around the world so that a petition to demand a just solution for the Kashmiri people will be signed under the title (Freedom for the oppressed Kashmiri people) ... These million petitions are handed over to the Secretary-General of the United Nations and the Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the Secretary - General of the Organization of Non-Aligned States and Speakers of Parliaments around the world...
Sisters... and Brothers...
... In conclusion, I say:
Long live the Jordanian-Pakistani friendship.
Long live Jordan... and long live Pakistan...
.... and I say it in Urdu:

- Pakistan Zindabad
