The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Major General Yousef Ahmed Al-Hunaiti, inaugurated today, Thursday, the military operator at the Clothes and Missions Warehouse Command, in the presence of Minister of Labor Nayef Istitieh, Director of Zee Company for the manufacture of ready-to-wear, Nadim Al-Muasher, and Assistant for Administration and Manpower, Brigadier General Ali Al-Doumi. Major General P.S.C. Hunaiti listened to a briefing given by the Commander of Warehouses, Clothes and Missions, Brigadier General Hani Al-Masry, about the nature of the operator's work and the duties and tasks assigned to him, represented in assigning formations and units of the armed forces with their logistical needs of clothes and missions. Brigadier General Al-Masry said: "Within the framework of the royal directives aimed at supporting national institutions, the Jordanian Armed Forces, within the joint cooperation and strategic partnership agreement that it signed with Zee Company, inaugurated the military workshop for the processing of clothes and missions, which was established on a total area of 1,560 square meters. And equipping it with the latest equipment and machines in accordance with international specifications and standards, to contribute to improving the quality level of all garments manufactured inside the workshop.” The commander of clothing and missions warehouses added: "Many human cadres affiliated with the salaries of the armed forces were rehabilitated in cooperation with Zee Clothing Company, and trained for a period of 60 days to raise their efficiency and qualify them to use the latest equipment that was supplied to the operator, to advance the reality of the operator’s production services within internationally approved industrial standards and improve the quality of Supplies in terms of form, design and technical specifications. The armed forces signed an agreement with Zee Company for the clothing industry last August, aimed at expanding the scope of cooperation between them for the purposes of manufacturing fabrics, clothing and military tasks, and developing the military operator to be qualified to produce within the approved industrial standards. At the end of the visit, Major General Al-Hunaiti praised the high level of services provided by the operator, and its role in qualifying manpower, providing material resources, time and effort, and improving and developing the quality of logistical support for the armed forces. The visit was attended by a number of senior officers of the Jordanian Armed Forces - Arab Army.
