Nayrouz News Agency :
The Association of Information and Communications Technology Companies "Intaj" recently organized an introductory session entitled "Supporting companies within the incentives of the National Employment Program 2022", in the presence of a large number of member companies of the association.
According to a statement by the association issued today, Monday, the CEO of the Production Society, Engineer Nidal Al-Bitar, said that the meeting comes to highlight the role of the program launched by the Ministry of Labor, indicating that the association is working to maximize the added value of its role in supporting its member companies, and exploiting all available opportunities and presenting them to the sector companies.
For his part, Director of the Central Employment Directorate at the Ministry of Labor, Dr. Aoun Al-Nahar, stressed that the priority of the Ministry of Labor is to employ Jordanians in all sectors and economic activities in all governorates of the Kingdom, by linking job seekers with job opportunities available in the private sector.
He pointed out that the program aims to provide permanent jobs, and this depends on job opportunities that are provided by the private sector in all states and governorates of the Kingdom, explaining that the success of the national employment program will be the private sector as the main factor in it, because it is the basis for its entire design.
He added that the goal of the National Employment Program 2022 "Tasheel", is to reach 60,000 job opportunities for Jordanians in the private sector, as the program depends on the available job opportunities available in the sector, which companies list on the electronic platform that is designated for this purpose.
He pointed out that the target age group in the National Employment Program is from 18 to 40 years, who are job seekers, explaining that companies or institutions wishing to register must be Jordanian and registered with the General Organization for Social Security.
He added that 80 million dinars were allocated to the program, where the program contributes 150 dinars for a period of 6 months, divided into 130 dinars as a contribution to the worker's wages, 10 dinars for transportation allowance, and 10 dinars as part of the worker's social security subscription.
During the meeting, an extensive dialogue took place about the details of applying for the program and the mechanism for benefiting from it by the association.
