An announcement was made to organize a preliminary agreement for the second phase of the national cybersecurity project with Mandiant Company, on Tuesday, with the launch of the first day of SOFEX 2022 Special Operations Forces Exhibition in the presence of the Assistant for Planning and Organization, Brigadier General Dr. Yousef Al-Khateeb.

The agreement is seen as the foundation for establishing a strategic partnership in the field of cybersecurity as well as for enhancing and expanding the system at the national level for various industries.

Notably, Mandiant Company is an expert in the field of cyber security and assists companies and government organizations in improving their readiness to fight against and respond to cyber-attacks as well as their confidence and capabilities to do so.

The announcement was attended by the American military attaché and ambassador in Amman, and several senior officers of Jordan Armed Forces - the Arab Army.
