On Thursday, the weather across the country is expected to be cold and partially cloudy, with intermittent rain showers predicted in the northern regions and parts of the western-central areas. Moderate southwest winds are anticipated to accompany these conditions.
The Jordan Meteorological Department has issued a cautionary report, emphasizing the potential danger of slippery roads in areas experiencing rainfall. Additionally, reduced horizontal visibility due to fog over elevated mountainous areas and plains is expected.
On Friday, the Kingdom will be influenced by a colder and moister air mass associated with a low-pressure system east of the island of Cyprus. This is likely to result in a significant temperature drop and prevailing stormy and rainy conditions across most areas. Some regions may experience heavy rain, thunderstorms, and occasional hail showers. Flash floods and rising water levels in valleys and low-lying areas, including the Dead Sea region, are also anticipated.
