Nayrouz News Agency :

The French newspaper Le Parisien revealed that the Jordanian embassy in Paris was subjected to a robbery and assault on Wednesday night, Thursday, which included the theft of a computer and a luxury watch worth an estimated $15,000, in addition to about $12,000 in cash.

The newspaper, which specializes in local affairs in the capital Paris and its suburbs, said in a news story that the Jordanian embassy in France was the target of a robbery in the Neuilly-sur-Seine area of Paris, specifically in building No. 80 of Maurice Street, Paris.

The newspaper explained that the stolen items did not stop there, but they seized 4 pistols and keys to a diplomat's home.

It talked about the indications confirming that the hypothesis in which the embassy was robbed has been studied very seriously and thoroughly, but at this stage.

It noted that in order to find the attackers and determine whether the theft of watches and safes was just a pretext, the Nanterre Public Prosecutor's Office immediately seized the Judicial Police Department in the departments (SDPJ 92).
