Health Ministry: More than 1#44;000 doctors and nurses martyred in ongoing aggression on Gaza Strip
Nayrouz News Agency :

The Israeli occupation continues bombing and destroying what has remained of the health system in the Gaza Strip, Palestinian Health Ministry said, adding that more than 1,000 doctors and nurses have been martyred in the ongoing aggression on the war-ravaged Strip.

"The occupation deliberately targets medical staff, as it has executed more than 1,000 doctors and nurses so far, and it continues to target the entire health system in all areas of the Strip, as it has destroyed dozens of hospitals and medical centers and put them completely out of service,” the ministry said in a statement on Tuesday evening.

The ministry added "The occupation bombed Kamal Adwital in the northern Gaza Strip during the past hours, destroyed Abu Yousef al-Najjar hospital in Rafah City, and yesterday targeted Martyr Mohammad Yousef Al-Najjar Hospital in the city in the southern Gaza Strip.

The Ministry of Health called on the international community to stop the war of extermination against the Palestinian people, protect hospitals, secure medical staff, and work to re-operate and restore hospitals to save the humanitarian and health situation in the Strip.
