Nayrouz News Agency : Minister of Environment and Minister of Agriculture Saleh Kharabsheh on Saturday visited the Centre for Hazardous Waste Treatment in the Swaqa area to review the mechanism for collecting and transporting waste generated from quarantine sites in Amman.

The collection and transportation of waste from quarantine sites must be done according to the mechanisms set by the Ministry of Environment in direct coordination with all relevant government agencies through coordination with the National Centre for Security and Crisis Management, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. 

Kharabsheh said that the ministry's personnel have taken the procedures that must be followed to get rid of this waste and sterilised all quarantine facilities.
