Jordan joins call for safeguarding Yemeni interests according to Riyadh agreement
Nayrouz News Agency : Jordan on Monday highlighted the importance of committing to the Riyadh Accord and called for implementing its items to safeguard the interests of the Yemeni people, guarantee the success of efforts to resolve the Yemeni crisis and spare Yemenis further conflict and suffering.

Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi voiced support for a statement issued by the  Saudi-led Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen, which called for cancelling any steps that contradict with items of the Riyadh agreement, according to a Foreign Ministry statement.

Safadi stressed that Jordan "fully supports” the efforts of Saudi Arabia and the UAE to reach a political solution to the Yemeni crisis according to relevant references in a way that guarantees the security, stability and unity of Yemen.

The minister also highlighted the importance of joining efforts to reach a solution to the Yemeni crisis based on adopted agreements.
