JordanianKuwait Bank signed a cooperation agreement with Elevatus.
Nayrouz News Agency : The Jordan-Kuwait Bank has signed a contract agreement with Elevatus Video Assessment Program Provider, in the bank’s general administration building, in the presence of Mr. Haitham Al-Buteikhi the Head of Private Retail and Banking Products. The bank was represented by signing the agreement, Mr. Dawood Issa the Head of Human Resources Management, and CEO of Elevatus, Mrs. Yara Burgan.

The signing of this agreement comes as one of the pioneering initiatives of Jordan-Kuwait Bank in keeping pace with modern technology and digitalization.

One of the most prominent specifications of the program is the use of initial interviewing technology remotely, by answering job applicants to questions determined by the bank by recording video via mobile phone or computer.

The program works through artificial intelligence technology (AI: Artificial Intelligence) to analyze the applicant’s answers in accordance with international standards, which raises the level of objectivity in the initial selection of candidates, and saves effort on applicants, especially the governorate’s people, to come to the bank from their places of residence for the initial interviews, Future employees enter the modern computerized work environment before appointment, knowing that this program is now being applied to the living environment.
