Nayrouz News Agency : Jordan-Kuwait Bank signs MoU with the "Green Wheels” initiative

The Jordan-Kuwait Bank signed a memorandum of understanding with the United Hearts United Company for Environmental Nonprofit, the official umbrella of the "Green Wheelz" initiative.

The participation of the Jordan-Kuwait Bank in this initiative is in line with its social responsibility and its strategy to contribute effectively to addressing environmental challenges facing the Kingdom, and its support for the category of people with special needs, where the bank will collect plastic covers and aluminum cans in the building of the General Administration, and then deliver them The green wheels initiative collection points, which in turn sort and connect them to local recycling factories, and allocate the resulting revenues to provide assistance to children with special needs, particularly those with cerebral palsy, in order to improve the quality of their educational and therapeutic lives and their participation in society.

Mrs. Dana Jaradat, Director of Corporate Marketing and Communications, noted after the signing that Jordan Kuwait Bank’s management decided to participate in this initiative to instil environmental awareness and the spirit of volunteerism among its employees and create a positive atmosphere with members of the local community.
