Nayrouz News Agency :

The Foreign Ministry and Jordanian Embassy in Paris are following up on an attack on two Jordanians in the city of Angers in western France on Friday, according to a ministry statement.

Ministry Spokesperson Daifallah Fayez on Sunday said that as the embassy received a phone call from the victims, a young man and his sister, the ambassador contacted them and tasked the Jordanian cultural attaché to head to their residence to check on their health and provide assistance, as well as to follow up on their complaint.

The embassy is following up on the complaint and investigations, Fayez said, stressing that French authorities are investigating the incident. He also added that the two citizens are listed in fair condition, noting that the embassy will provide all possible assistance.
