The Foreign Ministry on Monday condemned the "horrific” terror attack that targeted civilians in northeastern Nigeria that claimed lives of at least 110 people.
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Deifallah Fayez expressed the Kingdom’s "utter denouncement” of this brutal attack, voicing Jordan’s solidarity with the people and the government of Nigeria, according to a ministry statement.
He also expressed the Kingdom’s rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism that target all with the aim of destabilising security and contradict with all religious and humanitarian values and principles.
Fayez also expressed the deepest sympathies to the victims’ families and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
