Sunny and cold weather is forecast, on Friday, for the rest of this week as the country remains under the effect of the cold air mass, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.
Winds will be southeasterly moderate, picking up at times and stirring dust in the Badia regions, the JMD added.
The department warned of frost formation during night hours, namely, in the mountainous areas.
Temperatures in the capital Amman will range between 11 degrees Celsius and 2 degrees.
Highs in the port city of Aqaba will hike up to 19 degrees, sliding to 9 degrees at night.
