Italy’s Ambassador to Jordan Fabio Cassese met with Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply Maha Al Ali and discussed opportunities for collaboration in various fields mainly in the agro-industry and commercial chains in which there are greater possibilities for development.

Italy and Jordan are preparing together for the post-pandemic scenarios, said a statement from the Italian embassy on Saturday.

The Italian Presidency of the G20 has invited Jordan to participate in the ministerial meeting for trade and investments to be held in Sorrento on October 11-12, the statement said.
