Nayrouz News Agency : Jordan's trade balance surplus with the United States stood at JD217
million in 2020, according to a monthly report issued on Thursday by the
Department of Statistics (DoS).
The report's figures showed
that the Kingdom's national exports to the U.S. market in 2020 dropped
by 11.7 percent, to reach JD1.220 billion, compared with JD1.381 billion
in 2019.
In turn, the Kingdom's imports from the U.S. stood at
JD1.003 billion in the same reporting period, down by 9.5 per cent
against JD1.108 billion recorded in 2019.
