Prime Minsiter and Minister of Defence Bisher Al Khasawneh on Wednesday chaired the first meeting of the ministerial committee formed to develop laws governing political life in Jordan.
The premier highlighted the importance of maintaining a comprehensive national dialogue with all political forces, parties, civil society institutions, youth and women to move towards achieving "clear and tangible” results in this arena, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
He also drew attention to the need of setting a timetable to organise the phases of the dialogue, emphasizing the importance of involving young people in the decision making process by engaging them in the political process.
