Board of Jordan's Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (JIACC) referred to the Public Prosecution the investigation file of a government university's former financial director, its former budget chief and its head teller on suspicion of corruption.
In a JIACC statement issued on Sunday, the charges included repeated embezzlement, job dereliction, waste of public money, and stealth of thousands of Jordanian dinars from rewards allocated to their beneficiaries in various fields.
The JIACC board also referred three senior employees from another public university on suspicion of employee negligence and waste of public money, the statement added.
In addition, the Board referred to the juidiciary a ministry secretary-general, an affiliated body's director-general and a company manager working in the tourism field, on suspicion of job negligence and public money watse, the JIACC pointed out.
