The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) closed Wednesday's trading session down by 0.39 per cent at 2,495 points.

A total of 2.9 million shares were traded through 2,357 transactions at a trading value of JOD4.3 million.

The closing prices of 25 company shares traded at the market recorded gains, while 36 others declined. The prices of 45 firm shares remained stable.
