She explained that the importance of introducing and operating fifth-generation networks in the Kingdom comes within several axes at the national level as a motive for the wheel of digital transformation and the provision of electronic services, which contributes to achieving government strategies and policies in this field, which directly contributes to the provision of broadband Internet services at high speeds that exceed those provided. from previous generations of communications, opening the way for applications and solutions that employ high speeds; Such as sending and receiving video, electronic games, direct video calls, distance learning, virtual reality and augmented reality applications.
