Fire erupts in warehouses in Aqaba#44; efforts successful in containment
Nayrouz News Agency :

blaze erupted in two warehouses owned by the Aqaba Logistics Company, situated in the southern region, during the early hours of Wednesday.

The conflagration, which engulfed a substantial area, originated in storage facilities housing inflammable materials, rubber tires, and electrical devices, according to a source within the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA).

Quick and effective response from firefighting units of the Civil Defense, bolstered by equipment provided by the authority, ensured successful containment of the fire. The flames, which had been spreading since the dawn hours, were meticulously dealt with, averting its potential escalation across the vicinity.

Taghreed Al-Maaytah, ASEZA’s Director of the Environment, affirmed that the flames were brought under control without any reported human injuries.

An evaluation of material damages is scheduled, and a specialized committee will be convened to ascertain the precise causes behind the outbreak.
