The Southern Military Zone, in a joint operation with specialized security military units, successfully foiled an infiltration attempt on one of its fronts late Saturday.
The incident involved four individuals, two of whom held Uzbek nationality, while the remaining two were of Kazakh origin.
According to a military source from the Jordan Armed Forces - Arab Army, border guard personnel effectively employed established combat protocols, resulting in the apprehension of the infiltrators. Subsequently, the detainees were handed over to appropriate authorities for further processing.
