The Israeli occupation prevented entry of more than a quarter of a million trucks of aid since the genocidal war began in October 2023 with the aim of reinforcing the policy of starvation and using it as a weapon of war against civilians, especially in Jabalia and the rest of the northern Gaza Strip, which constitutes a crime against humanity, Gaza’s Media Office said in statement on Tuesday.
"This crime comes in conjunction with the occupation closing the latest crossing in Gaza Strip for 169 days and tightening the siege in a stifling manner on all areas of the Strip,” the office said.
The office denounced the international community silence, on top, the western countries in the face of this brutal crime committed by the occupation against more than 204 million Palestinian, which threatens a deep humanitarian crisis that may claim the lives of thousands of Palestinians.
The office held the United States, Britain, Germany, France, and the rest of the countries that support the occupation in this genocidal war accountable for the continuation of the crime of starvation in the strip, and called on the international community and international and UN organizations to put real and serious pressure on the criminal occupation to stop starvation, killing and genocide in all parts of the Strip.
