غرفة صناعة إربد ومجلس الأعمال الأردني الأمريكي يبحثان فرص النفاذ إلى الأسواق الأمريكية

عُقد اليوم الثلاثاء الموافق 14 تشرين الأول 2025، في مبنى غرفة صناعة إربد، لقاء موسع جمع بين ممثلي الغرفة ووفد مجلس الأعمال الأردني الأمريكي برئاسة الدكتور طارق الحسن، وبحضور مدير غرفة صناعة إربد السيد نضال الصدر، وعدد كبير من ممثلي القطاعات الصناعية والإنتاجية في المحافظة، إلى جانب نخبة من ممثلي وسائل الإعلام المحلية.

وجاء هذا اللقاء بهدف بحث آفاق التعاون المشترك بين الجانبين، واستكشاف فرص تعزيز التبادل التجاري والاستثماري بين الأردن والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، إضافة إلى تسليط الضوء على قصص نجاح صناعيين أردنيين تمكنوا من دخول السوق الأمريكي، واستعراض الفرص الجديدة المتاحة أمام المنتج الأردني في ظل التسهيلات التي يقدمها مجلس الأعمال الأردني الأمريكي.

في مستهل اللقاء، رحّب مدير غرفة صناعة إربد السيد نضال الصدر برئيس المجلس والوفد المرافق، مؤكدًا على أهمية اللقاء في فتح آفاق تصديرية جديدة أمام القطاع الصناعي الأردني.

وأشار الصدر إلى أن السوق المحلي لم يعد يلبي الطموحات الصناعية نظرًا لضيق حجم الطلب وقوة الشراء المحدودة، مؤكدًا أن الفرصة اليوم مواتية للانفتاح على أسواق جديدة ذات قدرة شرائية مرتفعة، وعلى رأسها السوق الأمريكي.

وقال: "من خلال التعاون مع مجلس الأعمال الأردني الأمريكي، نرى أمامنا سوقًا واعدًا بتنوعه وقوته الشرائية، إضافة إلى التسهيلات الكبيرة التي يوفرها للمصدرين الأردنيين، وهو ما يفتح الباب واسعًا أمام المنتج الوطني ليجد له مكانًا مميزًا في الأسواق الأمريكية والعالمية."

من جانبه، أعرب رئيس مجلس الأعمال الأردني الأمريكي الدكتور طارق الحسن عن تقديره للدور الفاعل الذي تقوم به غرفة صناعة إربد في دعم القطاع الصناعي ورفع تنافسيته.

وقال الحسن إن إدارة الغرفة "تتمتع بكاريزما خاصة تجعل الزائر يشعر وكأنه في بيته، وهذا يعكس روح الشراكة والانفتاح التي تميز الغرفة."

وأكد الحسن أن مصلحة الوطن والمواطن الأردني هي أولوية المجلس الأولى، مشيرًا إلى أن المجلس غير ربحي ويهدف إلى دعم القطاعات الاقتصادية وفتح آفاق جديدة أمام الصناعيين الأردنيين نحو العالمية.

وأضاف أن المجلس يعمل على تعزيز التجارة الثنائية والاستثمار المشترك بين الأردن والولايات المتحدة، من خلال مساندة الشركات الأردنية الراغبة في التصدير إلى أمريكا، وتشجيع الشركات الأمريكية على الاستثمار في الأردن.

وأوضح أن المجلس يقدم خدمات استشارية ولوجستية متكاملة للمصدرين الأردنيين لمساعدتهم في استيفاء المعايير والإجراءات المطلوبة في السوق الأمريكي، إضافة إلى المناصرة على مستوى السياسات لتحسين بيئة الأعمال في الأردن، وإزالة العقبات التي تحد من استفادة الشركات الأردنية من اتفاقية التجارة الحرة الأردنية الأمريكية.

كما دعا الحسن الصناعيين الأردنيين إلى المشاركة الفاعلة في معرض "إكسبو 2026"، مبينًا أن هذا الحدث العالمي يمثل فرصة استثنائية للتعريف بالمنتج الأردني وفتح قنوات جديدة للتسويق والتصدير.

وقال إن الانضمام إلى مجلس الأعمال الأردني الأمريكي يتيح مزايا عديدة للأعضاء، من أبرزها الحصول على عضوية فورية، وعنوان تجاري في الولايات المتحدة، وتسجيل الشركة كشركة أمريكية، ما يمنحها القدرة على التعامل في الأسواق الخليجية والدولية بصفتها كيانًا أمريكيًا، وهو ما يعزز من قدرتها التنافسية والتسويقية.

وأشار الحسن إلى أن المجلس يسعى لتوفير منصة شاملة لدعم الصناعيين الأردنيين، تشمل التدريب، والتأهيل، والاستشارات الفنية، إلى جانب بناء شراكات استراتيجية مع مستثمرين وشركات أمريكية لتوسيع قاعدة الإنتاج والتصدير.

وفي ختام اللقاء، دار نقاش موسع بين الصناعيين وممثلي مجلس الأعمال الأردني الأمريكي، تناول التحديات التي تواجه المصدرين الأردنيين، وسبل الاستفادة المثلى من الاتفاقيات التجارية الدولية، كما تمت الإجابة على استفسارات المشاركين وتقديم مقترحات عملية لتفعيل التعاون المستقبلي بين الطرفين.

يُذكر أن مجلس الأعمال الأردني الأمريكي يسعى من خلال برامجه وشراكاته الدولية إلى تحفيز بيئة الأعمال الأردنية وتعزيز حضور المنتج الوطني في الأسواق الخارجية، بما يسهم في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني وخلق فرص عمل جديدة، انسجامًا مع رؤية التحديث الاقتصادي التي يقودها جلالة الملك عبدالله الثاني ابن الحسين.

Irbid Chamber of Industry Explores Cooperation Prospects with the Jordanian American Business Council to Boost Export Opportunities to the U.S. Market

On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, a broad meeting was held at the Irbid Chamber of Industry, bringing together representatives of the Chamber and a delegation from the Jordanian American Business Council headed by Dr. Tarek Al-Hassan. The meeting was attended by the Director of the Irbid Chamber of Industry, Mr. Nidal Al-Sadr, a large number of representatives from various industrial and production sectors in the governorate, as well as a group of local media representatives.

The meeting aimed to explore prospects for mutual cooperation between the two sides and to identify opportunities to enhance trade and investment exchange between Jordan and the United States. It also highlighted success stories of Jordanian industrialists who managed to enter the U.S. market and reviewed new opportunities available for Jordanian products in light of the facilitation services provided by the Jordanian American Business Council.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Director of the Irbid Chamber of Industry, Mr. Nidal Al-Sadr, welcomed the Council’s president and his accompanying delegation, stressing the importance of this meeting in opening new export horizons for the Jordanian industrial sector.

Al-Sadr pointed out that the local market no longer satisfies industrial ambitions due to its limited demand and purchasing power, emphasizing that the time is ripe to open up to new markets with higher purchasing capacities, foremost among them the American market.

He stated: "Through cooperation with the Jordanian American Business Council, we see before us a promising market, both diverse and strong in purchasing power, in addition to the great facilities it offers to Jordanian exporters. This opens a wide door for the national product to find a distinguished position in American and global markets.”

For his part, the President of the Jordanian American Business Council, Dr. Tarek Al-Hassan, expressed his appreciation for the active role played by the Irbid Chamber of Industry in supporting the industrial sector and enhancing its competitiveness.

Al-Hassan said that the Chamber’s management "has a unique charisma that makes every visitor feel at home, reflecting the spirit of partnership and openness that distinguishes the Chamber.”

He stressed that the welfare of the nation and the Jordanian citizen is the Council’s top priority, noting that the Council is a non-profit entity that seeks to support economic sectors and open new horizons for Jordanian industrialists towards global markets.

Al-Hassan added that the Council works to strengthen bilateral trade and joint investments between Jordan and the United States by supporting Jordanian companies interested in exporting to the U.S. and encouraging American companies to invest in Jordan.

He explained that the Council provides comprehensive consulting and logistical services to Jordanian exporters to help them meet the standards and requirements of the U.S. market. It also advocates for policy reforms aimed at improving the business environment in Jordan and removing barriers that limit the private sector’s ability to benefit from the Jordan-U.S. Free Trade Agreement.

Al-Hassan also invited Jordanian industrialists to actively participate in Expo 2026, noting that this global event represents an exceptional opportunity to promote Jordanian products and open new marketing and export channels.

He further stated that membership in the Jordanian American Business Council provides several advantages, including immediate membership, a commercial address in the United States, and the registration of the company as an American entity. This status enables companies to operate in Gulf and international markets as American businesses, enhancing their competitiveness and market access.

He noted that the Council aims to provide a comprehensive platform to support Jordanian industrialists, including training, capacity building, and technical consulting, in addition to fostering strategic partnerships with American investors and companies to expand production and export bases.

At the conclusion of the meeting, an open discussion took place between industrialists and representatives of the Jordanian American Business Council, addressing the challenges facing Jordanian exporters and exploring optimal ways to benefit from international trade agreements. The session also included answers to participants’ inquiries and practical proposals to strengthen future cooperation between both sides.

It is worth noting that the Jordanian American Business Council seeks, through its programs and international partnerships, to stimulate Jordan’s business environment and enhance the presence of national products in foreign markets, contributing to the support of the national economy and the creation of new job opportunities — in alignment with the Economic Modernization Vision led by His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein.
