The Coast Guard police arrested six infiltrators in Dhofar and the south Al Sharqiyah governorates.  

Royal Oman Police said, "Coast Guard boats, led by the Dhofar Governorate Police, managed to arrest four infiltrators on a smuggling boat with 17 packages of khat."

"The Coast Guard boats, led by the South Sharqiyah Governorate Police, also seized a smuggling boat with two infiltrators on board, and the legal procedures against them are being completed," the Royal Oman Police added.

The Royal Oman Police calls on the community to band together and provide more cooperation to address the crimes of smuggling and infiltration, and also calls for not employing and harbouring of those who violate the laws of work and residence or facilitate their entry into the territory of the Sultanate.
