Nayrouz News Agency : The United States recorded 1,973 deaths of the novel coronavirus during the past 24 hours, which is the highest daily statistics recorded by a country in the world since the epidemic began in last December, according to the Washington Post on Thursday.
The overall deaths of the COVID-19 in the US jumped to 14,695, ranking it the world's second-highest coronavirus death toll after Italy, which recorded 17,669 deaths, according to the World Health Organization (WHO).
