محافظ إربد يطلق رسائل حاسمة: لا مماطلة في المعاملات.. وتسريع مشاريع 2026 والاستعداد المبكر لموازنة 2027

ترأس محافظ إربد، عطوفة السيد فراس أبو الغنم، صباح اليوم الثلاثاء، اجتماع المجلس التنفيذي في دار المحافظة، بحضور نائب المحافظ، ومتصرفي الألوية، وأعضاء المجلس التنفيذي، وذلك في أول اجتماع يعقده منذ تسلمه مهامه محافظًا لإربد.

واستهل أبو الغنم الاجتماع بالترحيب بالحضور، معربًا عن تقديره للمحافظ السابق السيد رضوان العتوم، ومثمنًا الجهود التي بذلها خلال فترة عمله، ومتابعته لمختلف القضايا والملفات في المحافظة، كما وجّه الشكر، نيابةً عن وزير الداخلية، إلى نائب المحافظ السيد رائد الجعافرة، تقديرًا لإدارته شؤون المحافظة بكفاءة خلال فترة تكليفه محافظًا بالإنابة.

وأكد المحافظ أن الحكام الإداريين والمديرين التنفيذيين يشكلون فريقًا واحدًا وشركاء في إنجاح العمل المؤسسي، مشددًا على أهمية تعزيز التواصل والتنسيق والمتابعة المستمرة بين مختلف الجهات، بما ينعكس إيجابًا على مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين.

ودعا أبو الغنم إلى التعامل مع المواطنين بمسافة واحدة، والعمل على تلبية احتياجاتهم بأفضل صورة ممكنة، مع التشديد على سرعة إنجاز المعاملات وعدم تأخيرها أو المماطلة في إنجازها.

وفي الجانب التنموي، وجّه المحافظ بضرورة الإسراع في استكمال جميع الإجراءات المتعلقة بإعداد موازنة عام 2027، إلى جانب تسريع طرح عطاءات المشاريع المدرجة ضمن موازنة عام 2026، بما يسهم في رفع نسب الإنجاز وتسريع تنفيذ المشاريع التنموية والخدمية في المحافظة.

كما ناقش الاجتماع واقع قطاع المياه في محافظة إربد، حيث شدد المحافظ على أهمية تكثيف التنسيق بين كوادر شركة المياه والحكام الإداريين، ولا سيما متصرفي الألوية، لضمان سرعة الاستجابة لشكاوى المواطنين ومعالجة انقطاعات المياه، مثمنًا الجهود التي تبذلها كوادر المياه في متابعة هذا الملف الحيوي.

وفي ختام الاجتماع، أكد محافظ إربد أن اجتماعات المجلس التنفيذي ستتواصل بشكل دوري، سواء في المكاتب أو من خلال الجولات الميدانية، بما يحقق المصلحة العامة ويرتقي بمستوى الأداء والخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين.

Irbid Governor Delivers Firm Directives: No Delays in Transactions, Faster Implementation of 2026 Projects, and Early Preparation for the 2027 Budget

Irbid Governor Firas Abu Al-Ghanam chaired the Executive Council meeting on Tuesday morning at the Governorate Headquarters, attended by the Deputy Governor, district administrators (Mutasarrifs), and members of the Executive Council. The meeting was the first he has chaired since assuming his duties as Governor of Irbid.

At the outset of the meeting, Abu Al-Ghanam welcomed the attendees and expressed his appreciation to former Governor Radwan Al-Otoum, praising the efforts he made during his tenure and his close follow-up of the governorate’s various issues and files. He also conveyed the Minister of Interior’s gratitude to Deputy Governor Raed Al-Jaafreh in recognition of his efficient management of the governorate’s affairs while serving as Acting Governor.

The Governor stressed that administrative governors and executive directors constitute one team and are partners in ensuring the success of institutional work. He emphasized the importance of strengthening communication, coordination, and continuous follow-up among all concerned entities to improve the quality of services provided to citizens.

Abu Al-Ghanam called for treating all citizens equally and working to meet their needs in the best possible manner, while emphasizing the importance of completing transactions promptly without delay or unnecessary procrastination.

On the development front, the Governor directed all concerned parties to expedite the completion of procedures related to preparing the 2027 budget, while also accelerating the tendering process for projects included in the 2026 budget. He noted that these steps would help raise implementation rates and speed up the execution of development and service projects across the governorate.

The meeting also discussed the status of the water sector in Irbid Governorate. The Governor stressed the need to strengthen coordination between the Water Company’s staff and administrative governors, particularly district administrators, to ensure rapid responses to citizens’ complaints and address water supply interruptions. He also commended the efforts of water sector personnel in handling this vital file.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Irbid Governor affirmed that Executive Council meetings will continue on a regular basis, both in offices and through field visits, with the aim of serving the public interest and enhancing the performance and quality of services provided to citizens.
