Jordan's Ambassador to Lebanon, Walid Hadid, discussed on Wednesday, with the Lebanese Minister of Agriculture, Abbas Hajj Hassan, ways to enhance cooperation and agricultural exchange between the two brotherly countries.
Discussions also went over means to increase Lebanon's agricultural exports to Jordan, and arrangements for Hassan's visit to the Kingdom next October, according to a Lebanese ministry statement.
Speaking at the talks, Hassan referred to development of the Jordanian-Lebanese "historic, close" relations, pointing to the importance of joint cooperation to serve mutual interests and increase exchange of agricultural products, the statement added.
