Initiatives continue to provide aid to arrivals from Lebanon
Nayrouz News Agency :

In coordination with Social Affairs and Labor Ministry, the non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Syria have continued to provide aid to the arrivals who were forced to flee from Lebanon due to the ongoing Israeli aggression.

The NGOs are working to enhance their work to provide the largest number of arrivals with good-quality services, according to Chairman of Board of Trustees of the Foundation (Souria Btjmaana), Rami al-Halabi.

"The SOS Children’s Villages Organization, in cooperation with the Foundation, launched an emergency response campaign that started distributing food aid to the arrivals from Lebanon (Syrians and Lebanese), in Damascus countryside”, al-Halabi said in a statement to SANA.

Al-Halabi noted that the organization and the foundation distributed 1,150 blankets and hundreds of water boxes and canned food to about 300 families in the shelter centers in Tartous and Lattakia provinces.
