The Israeli military authorities reopened the Beit Hanoun (Erez) border crossing in the northern Gaza Strip after a two-day closure, which was slapped after rockets were fired from the blockaded territory.

It followed an Israeli order yesterday evening to allow Gazan workers and merchants to enter Israel, citing improvement in the security situation.
